What we do
Rescuing food. Sharing kai. Supporting communities.
Love Soup brings together volunteers, working with local businesses and community organisations to help good food reach people rather than landfill.
Food rescue is at the heart of what we do.
Every day our volunteers collect quality surplus food from supermarkets, suppliers and local businesses and help redirect it to people who need it most.
That food can take many different paths, from a community pantry, or a shared dinner to other organisations who also support local people.
More than a meal.
Our free community meals bring people together around the table for good food, conversation and connection.
Good food belongs on plates.
We collect quality surplus food before it becomes waste, sort it carefully and redirect it into the community.
Free food, shared locally.
We top up local community pantries and make rescued food available within local neighbourhoods so people can take what they need.
